About Us
NYC Circular Construction Network
We take buildings apart, and sell the parts!
Our Mission
Our mission is to champion circular construction by prioritizing investment in sustainable building practices, reducing reliance on the linear economy, and fostering demand for reclaimed materials. By driving demand ahead of supply, we create the momentum needed to accelerate the transition toward a more regenerative and efficient built environment.
Who We Are
The Hub for Circular Construction
The NYC Circular Construction Network consists of people, projects, and practitioners that serve the NYC area’s circular construction needs. We complete building audits for both reclaimed materials and deconstruction feasibility reports and strategies, match-make for balancing supply and demand, and support the circular economy in the NYC area.
Transforming Waste Into Opportunity
We are an international consulting firm currently working in 44 States and 5 Provinces. We help with all issues related to building material reuse, building deconstruction, running a material reuse store or operation of some form, and building design using reusable building materials. We also are heavily involved in embodied carbon, design for disassembly, green collar job creation, and job training.

What We Do
We advance circular construction by reclaiming and repurposing building materials, reducing waste, and supporting the reuse industry through audits, deconstruction, matchmaking, and job training. Our NYC Circular Construction Network connects projects to create demand for salvaged materials, helping architects and contractors source sustainable alternatives while reducing embodied carbon and landfill waste.

How We Make a Difference
Sustainable Alternatives to Demolition
Since 1993, RE-USE has been changing the way we look at buildings that are scheduled to be demolished or deconstructed. We view buildings as resources to be harvested instead of liabilities to be landfilled. Thus, we are able to conserve and protect natural capital by providing alternatives to classic demolition.
Positive Socital Influence
We are creating up to 20 times more jobs than mechanical demolition. We are providing inexpensive materials for lower-income homeowners to improve their homes. We are also preserving important architectural pieces that define a community's past.
Economic Value
When our projects are complete, many building owners and customers pay less than they would for standard demolition. We utilize strategic planning and advanced techniques to ensure our clients are awarded a low-cost, economically viable deal.
